We tweak together — change as much or as little as you like, as and if required, until it's perfect.

A once-off design fee of R300 covers the whole creative process. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Our Design Process

🎨 Design & Artwork Creation

We create your design from scratch based on your ideas, colours, logos and requirements.

Estimated timeframe: 3–4 business days

🖨️ Production & Printing

Once your design has been approved, your garments move into production and sublimation printing.

Estimated timeframe: 2–3 weeks

🚚 Delivery

After production is completed, your order is carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.

Diamanté Equine specializes in premium custom and ready-to-wear equestrian apparel. Many of our products are custom-made to order, and production begins once your order has been confirmed.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Once payment has been received, production of your order will commence.
Colours displayed on screens may vary slightly from the final printed product due to monitor settings and printing processes.
Diamanté Equine reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.

Custom Designs

Custom-designed garments, school wear, yard apparel, sponsor clothing, and personalised products are created specifically for each customer.

Artwork proofs will be provided where applicable before production begins.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking and approving all artwork, spelling, logos, colours, and sizing before final approval.

Once artwork has been approved, Diamanté Equine cannot accept responsibility for errors that were approved by the customer.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

As most products are custom manufactured, refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

Refunds may be approved if:

The garment arrives with a manufacturing defect.
The product is damaged during production.
The incorrect item was supplied by Diamanté Equine.

To qualify for a refund:

The garment must be unworn.
The garment must not have been washed.
All original tags must still be attached.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Clear photographs of the defect must be provided.

Once approved, we will either:

Replace the item,
Repair the item where appropriate, or
Issue a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
Change of mind.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse or incorrect washing.

Size Changes

If you realise that you have ordered the incorrect size, please contact us before your order has been manufactured or dispatched.

Where production has not yet started, we will gladly amend your size at no additional charge.

Once production has begun, size changes cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, cancellation is no longer possible as your garment is being manufactured specifically for you.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional discounts are valid only during the advertised promotion period.

Unless otherwise stated:

First-order discounts apply to first-time customers only.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Diamanté Equine reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

Care Instructions

To prolong the life of your garment, we recommend:

Hand wash or machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Line dry in the shade.
Iron on a low heat if required.
Do not iron directly over printed logos or artwork.

Failure to follow these care instructions may void any warranty or replacement claim.

Intellectual Property

All Diamanté Equine artwork, designs, logos, graphics, product concepts, and custom apparel designs remain the intellectual property of Diamanté Equine unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No artwork may be reproduced or copied without written permission.
